The air conditioning barely worked.. it only produced cold air intermittently, not enough to properly heat the room. The staff were not very helpful when i raised this issue. The gym was also too small for a hotel of this size, and its equipment looked quite old

the tv in my standard queen room was not functional, that was disappointing. i expected to relax in the evening, but that did not happen. i asked about it, but was told the hotel had no other rooms available. the breakfast options were limited. the cost did not justify the offerings.

The breakfast had a superb selection and good quality. All staff offered assistance and were friendly. I found that you could not ask for anything more.

The location was a short walk to the beach. my room, a standard queen room, was spacious. all the staff were great. I liked that.

one lift didn't work so it took ages in the mornings to get a lift. it had been out of use for a year! the cleaners all used the lift, so only having one was ridiculous. breakfast was a free for all in terms of getting seated.
